Did you ever want to make your own pasta and cheese? But you thought it was too difficult. Chef Joseph Cerniglia makes Campania’s cheese and pasta, and he taught us how to make our own. Chef Joe did a hands on cooking class for 20 Slow Food members at his restaurant Campania.
Our Slow Food cooking class was followed by a relaxing lunch at Campania.
