Join us to taste delicious hand-made Irish themed artisan chocolates by Diane Pinder of Donna Toscana, who has earned a reputation as one of the finest artisan chocolatiers in New Jersey. Be prepared to be amazed! And Diane will bring along a few other delicious SURPRISES for St Patrick's Day.

A guided fair-trade and organic dark chocolate tasting by Susan Fine, the owner of the The Chocolate Path, with samples from some of the worlds greatest cocoa growing regions. During the guided tasting you will learn about the origins and process of making chocolate, and the art of tasting. We hope you will delight in discovering the complexities and levels of flavor in chocolate.

The chocolates will be preceded by a selection of local cheeses & breads and quiches from Terra Tea Salon & Fair Trade Market.

BYOB: Bring your own beer or wine to suit the Irish theme and to compliment the chocolate.
