Chef Ariane Duarte and Italian Wine Merchants, New York City's premier Italian wine purveyor team up for a 4-course dinner paired with wines at CulinAriane in Montclair. Chef Duarte will prepare a four-course menu. Each course will be paired with wines selected by the staff at Italian Wine Merchants.

First Course: Seared diver scallops with fava bean puree
Second course: Potato cheese croquette with smoked pork belly, peppalicious aioli
Third course: Sliced coriander cured pork loin with creamy toasted garlic polenta, crispy onions, pork jus
Dessert: Chunky chocolate pudding tart with almond chantilly cream.
