A national network of food businesses — restaurants, farms, cafes, bars, wineries, farmers markets, social enterprises — that promote Slow Food values of good, clean and fair food for all. The goal of the network is to stimulate greater support for these important businesses—by eating, participating, volunteering, patronizing, donating, and spreading the word.
Businesses complete an application and schedule a 30 minute interview or visit with the Northern New Jersey Slow Food chapter. The Snail of Approval award will be granted based on the application and interview.
